Covid protocol is still in place so the school will require PCR’s with 72 hours of entry for all students KG 2-12 and staff. Staff will continue to test weekly until we are advised otherwise and students who are NOT vaccinated will need to do the same. Vaccinated students test every 14 days but the school medical team must have proof of vaccination which should be sent to pcr@fpa.sch.ae . All pcr test results are sent to pcr@fpa.sch.ae please or with students in middle school and seniors as a hard copy given or the Al Hosn app shown to the duty staff member who will photograph this.
May we welcome you to the new academic year, although again in challenging circumstances. To all who experienced loss of home and property during the recent flash flooding please let us know if your children are affected in any way or there are things we need to take into consideration when helping them. The school has been repaired and the outside areas cleared and made safe thanks to the prompt action of the government and the school board.

School uniform is available for online purchase. Kindly note primary uniform extends to Middle school Grades KG1 to Grade 6. Senior section skirts and boys’ trousers need to be made at the tailors and these should be as picture. They can be purchased in Dubai at Marks and Spencer and other big clothing stores. Again Dubai/Sharjah stores have a good selection of these, and they can be found in some of the Fujairah malls. Girls should have their hair tied back or put up and shaylas should be worn pinned not hanging loose. This for safety reasons. Jewellery is not allowed but girls with pierced ears may wear studs.
There is a uniform file attached and an order form with price list email this completed to administrator@fpa.sch.ae and the order will be prepared for collection at security.

Welcome to Fujairah Private Academy. We would like you please to contact the Registrar Ms Maryam on registrar@fpa.sch.ae to request documents required for completion. The mobile contact is 050 1394865.
May I congratulate you on the forthcoming Eid Al Adha and inform you that the end of year newsletter will be posted on seesaw this week in English and Arabic. Other sections have already been sent by SMS. Wishing you a very happy holiday.
When we gave the last protocol for testing it was before the sudden increase in numbers. Due to this we are asking that all students have a valid PCR for Monday 27th June vaccinated or unvaccinated. We are offering classes as normal. All staff continue to be tested weekly.
I hope you are well. As the academic year comes to a close there are requests for documents. Could we ask to ensure that these are produced in a timely way that all requests are sent to register@fpa.sch.ae by Friday 24th June. Final mark sheets are not available until the marks are approved by the Ministry of Education in early July.
As you are aware school examinations for Grade 3 – 10 start on Monday June 6 and we really need your help to carry these out without disruption from covid cases in school. We now have many different entry dates and therefore testing dates for our students which is proving difficult for staff to manage. May I ask that a test this weekend for entry Monday 6th June for all students except KG Green who require one on Wednesday 8th June and Grade 1 Green require one for Tuesday 7th June.
Grades 11 & 12 continue to test weekly for entry as do staff.
If your child is vaccinated ensure school has a record of this to the pcr@fpa.sch.ae
