Grade 9 PT Meetings

Dear Grade 9 Parents,

We are holding Parent Teacher meetings on Tuesday 21st February after school for Grade 9.1 and Thursday 23rd February for Grade 9.2. Appointments will be timetabled.  Please email in English or Arabic to principal-pa@fpa.sch.ae if you are attending by Sunday 19th February. Kindly indicate if a translator is required.

Grade 3 & 4 Sports Morning

Dear Grade 3 & 4 Parents,

We would like to invite you to the Grade 3 & 4 Sports Morning on Thursday 16th February 08.30-09.30 on the football pitch for boys and basketball pitch for girls. Weather permitting. Please come along and support your children. After the sports event the children will have a normal morning in school.

Could I ask  parents to leave their children as usual and then walk on the path on the outside of the buildings to the pitches. A reminder that parents may photograph their own children only, for safeguarding reasons. Do not photograph staff or other adults without their permission. These are the E safety protocols of the school. Thank you for your co-operation. The Grade 3 & 4 team look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.

Grade 10 – 12 PT Meetings

Dear 10-12 Parents,

We are holding parent teacher meetings on Wednesday 15th February after school for Grades 10-12. Appointments will be timetabled and students are expected to attend with their parents. Please email to principal-pa@fpa.sch.ae if you are attending. Should you be unable to attend on that Wednesday but wish to discuss your child’s progress then we can arrange this on zoom or schedule for a later date. Also kindly indicate if a translator is required.

We would like to invite you to the Grade 1 & 2 Sports Morning on Monday 13th February 08.30 – 09.30 in the Infant playground. Weather permitting. Please come along and support your children. After the sports event the children will have a normal morning in school.

Could I ask parents to leave the children with their teachers as usual and then return to the playground for 8:20? Mr David will set up a seating area for parents who need to wait in school. This allows staff to set up the playground and organise the children more easily. A reminder that parents may photograph their own children only, for safeguarding reasons. Do not photograph staff or other adults without their permission. These are the E safety protocols of the school. Thank you for your co-operation.
